The first script involved connecting to Feedly, a popular news aggregator, to cost applicable newspapers. These papers were filtered and grounded on specific orders similar to real estate, business, and frugality.


Once the papers were gathered, AI, specifically OpenAI, was used to classify and rate them. The AI estimated the impact of each composition on a scale from one to five, grounded on its applicability to the real estate request. papers that scored three or advanced were considered applicable and were added to a database along with their URLs, titles, and conditions.


Creating the Newsletter


  • The alternate script was designed to run formerly a month. It pulled the applicable papers from the database, epitomized them using AI, and also formatted these summaries into a newsletter template.
